YouTube Channel Administration
Managed the content rollout for The Nature Conservancy’s Conservation by Design YouTube series. Designed custom thumbnails, wrote video titles and descriptions, and ensured consistency in tone and branding across all uploads. Organized playlists and metadata to optimize viewer engagement and accessibility.

Management
Co-led content and visual development for TNC’s Conservation by Design website refresh. Wrote and edited copy for landing pages, updated event listings, and created all header images and visuals. Conducted user testing to improve navigation and overall user experience in collaboration with a consulting agency.
